Meditation is a great way to relax the mind, destress, and focusing on the breath. You can then continue mindfulness into the day by being present in the moment, which can help to alleviate feelings of worry and doubt.
Unplug
Social media is one of the greatest tools of the 21st century. However, it can make us feel dissatisfied with ourselves and our lives. If you feel worse after visiting social media sites, take some time to unplug and leave social media. You may surprise yourself with how much better you feel!
